We offer custom butcher services for beef, pork, lamb and more!
Transportation Information
Live animal pickup and transport to the butcher shop is an option. Availability is dependent on time of year, working schedule at C&L Locker, and customer preparedness, and animal location. The base fee for live animal pickup is $20/head.
Animals picked up more than 30 miles from the shop and/or animals difficult to load are subject to additional charges to compensate for time spent away from the shop.
Pre Service Information
If offal meats are desired, we must be notified prior to slaughter.
Carcasses cut by C&L but not slaughtered by
C&L may incur a cleaning fee which is dependent on the state of the carcass.
Order splits must be requested prior to cutting and wrapping. Split requests made after this point will incur a fee of $20 each time that we need to divide an order.
Slaughter $160/head
BEEF
​Beef cut and wrap $1.13/lb on the carcass weight.
Any whole carcass weighing 460 lbs or less will incur a flat minimum processing charge of $520/head
We offer formed hamburger patties at $1.00/lb, minimum of 10# /order.
A $2.00/head Idaho Brand fee is applied to any beef coming from within Idaho. Cattle from other states should arrive with a brand slip.
Slaughter $90/head
PORK
Hog cut and wrap is $1.13/lb on the carcass weight.
Any whole carcass weighing 160 lbs or less will incur a flat minimum processing charge of $180/head before curing and slicing costs.
Curing (hams and bacon) $1.00/pound on weight of legs, bellies, shoulders.
Slicing $1.00/pound on weight of bellies, shoulders
BULK SAUSAGE FLAVORS:
A maximum of 2 sausage flavors are permitted per half hog (4 per whole hog)

Unseasoned ground pork and linked sausages are also available. Linked sausages start at an additional $2.75/lb.
