Offal meats (heart, tongue, liver, etc.) will NOT be saved unless arrangements are made for them to be picked-picked up within 48 hours of slaughter. Any offal meats left after 48 hours will be subject to disposal.

Custom Processing Prices
Cuts, bulk ground meat, bulk sausage, and bacon will be wrapped in film and paper. Hams will be vacuum sealed.

Beef Cut & Wrap 
$0.60/lb on carcass weight
Any whole carcass weighing less than 500 lbs will incur a flat minimum processing charge of $300.

Hog Cut, Wrap, Cure, and Slice
$0.60/lb on carcass weight
Curing (hams, bacon) $1.00/lb on weight of legs and belliesSlicing $1.50/lb on weight of bellies
Bulk sausage flavors: breakfast (default), Italian, Polish, GermanCan also request unseasoned ground pork
Any whole carcass weighing less than 167 lbs will incur a flat minimum processing charge of $100 before curing and slicing costs.

Lamb/Goat Cut & Wrap
$0.60/lb on carcass weight
Any whole carcass weighing less than 67 lbs will incur a flat minimum processing charge of $40.

If any specialty sausages (linked, smoked, etc.) are requested to be made from beef, hogs, or lambs/goats, the prices listed in the "Game Processing Prices" below will be used.

Game Processing Prices
Cuts, bulk ground meat or sausage, and linked sausages will be wrapped in film and paper. Jerky will be bulk bagged according to flavor. Summer sausage, pepperoni, teriyaki pepper sticks, and fish will be vacuum sealed. Smoked birds will be bagged and tied closed. 

Skinning
Deer: $75/head
Elk: $100/head

Cut & Wrap
$1.25/lb on the carcass weight or weight of bone-in meat.
Any whole carcass or bone-in meat order weighing less than 80 lbs will incur a flat minimum processing charge of $100.

Grind only: $1.25/lb, minimum of 10 lbs, given back to customer in large bag

Grind and wrap: $2.00/lb, minimum of 10 lbs

Game Bulk Sausage
        Flavors: breakfast, Italian, Polish, German
Grind only: $1.55/lb, minimum of 10 lbs, given back to customer in large bag
Grind and wrap: $2.30/lb, minimum of 10 lbs

Skinless breakfast sausage links: $2.00/lb, minimum of 15 lbs

Smoked Options
Summer sausage: $2.80/lb, minimum of 8 lbs
Skin-on sausage links: $3.35/lb, minimum of 10 lbs

Fish: $20/fish, includes curing and cutting for packaging, added costs if not removed from carcass
Turkeys, chickens, other birds: $20/bird (additional $1.00/lb on any bird weighing more than 20 lbs), includes curing
